⚡️ Wicked Dip ⚡️

by Moxie Nosh February 24, 2018

Hello.  We'll cut right to the chase.....this might be the only party dip recipe you'll ever need! It's wicked, it's vegan/gluten free/Whole30/keto/paleo friendly and seriously tasty.

The sauce is thin when first made and would make an amazing salad dressing if that is the direction you want to go, but after chilling overnight, it thickens to the  consistency of hummus or sour cream. Can we say versatile!  The dip is perfect on sandwiches, with veggies or chips, stirred into pasta, the list goes on.

We hope you enjoy this simple creation as much as we do!!

INGREDIENTS

3/4 c water
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c Moxie Nosh Almond Butter
1/4 c lemon juice, fresh
3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
3+ cloves garlic (we like to add a few more!)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender or smoothie cup and purée. Sauce will be thin and about the consistency best suited for salad dressing, so if desired, use it as is now! If you are in it for the dip, place in an air sealed container overnight in your fridge.  You may be tempted to eat this by the spoonful, don't worry, we won't judge ;)

Needing more variety?  Try adding in chipotle peppers, pesto, fresh herbs, curry paste, or any other flavor combo you can dream up!

What add-in will you try?
